Its my bitter experience with Airtel's service.


Hello Customer Support Team,


Today [17th August-Sunday] I sent 21 std SMSes on 3.30 pm from my phone, I activated SMS package Rs 48 for 150 sms.At 6.15pm I started to receive the alert


sms from Airtel which states deducting Rs 1.50 for VAS download.


My question  is


1, Why you are deducting the charges for my SMS from balance?


2, GPRS activation charges also you are not deducting on time, [You must have deduct every 24hrs completion]


If you are not doing so, it leading to wrong conclusion on my side, I thought I have loaded charges.


Now I was charged for 3 days GPRS usage that is [45 Rs at the same time].No my charge is - 30 Rs.So I can't send any sms despite I have SMS package and GPRS activation.


[When I bring this kind of discrepancies to your customer care, they said I have to wait for 24hr.So you are punishing your customers for wrong charges on your end(system)].


3, Three months before I try my hand e-Recharge on my ICICI net banking panel.I was slighty hesitated to charge for high value.So I decided to go for Rs 50[minimum amt].


It was deducted from my deposit, But I wait for Airtel's confirmation message for recharging so.I realised its gone on the wind.


I brought this to my ICICI Customer care, they said I needed to contact Airtel customer.But When I brought this to Airtel customer, they asked me to contact ICICI customer care.


Are you making your subscriber a fool or ICICI doing so?


Despite fire tragedy on your Airtel, I was verily patient with Airtel, even though your network range is low on Matunga(CR) and Govandi(E) side, I kept my anger in my control.


I am using Nokia E61i its shows [Connection error or Network busy].So please do not blame on my High end phone for the reasons.


BUT I CAN'T ALLOW SOMEONE TO TAKE MY MONEY FOR NOTHING or HANDLING THE THINGS WRONGLY!.


Still I hope you will give me the proper answer to my all question.


I wait for 24hrs as  your 2 customer executives told that my account will be credited back for wrongly charge levied on my SMSes.[Sent on 17th Aug].


So I am not going to recharge to between this 24hr untill my charges credit!.


I can't bear this mental agony again and again being a Airtel subscriber.


This is my 3rd bitter experience with Airtel.


3 days before the fire tragedy on your Lower parel building, I had strong argument with one of your customer care executive over the same issue.


any of his explanations are not suite to my situation.Lastly, I asked with anger, What is the best way to terminate my subscription with Airtel by throwing the SIM card into sewage or into railway track.?


He said I wanted to do which is the convenient way for me.!


Great reply, I never think this kind of reply will comes from your executive .


So If I am not credit my account or clearly explained email  after 24hrs, I will have to choose either a way said above line.
