One of the WORST BROADBAND in Bangalore. First, they false advertise telling you they will provide 100 Mbps fibre net and when they come to your area during installation they will tell max speed here is only 25mbps due to copper cabling and they will upgrade the copper cables to fibre in 3 months, it has been almost a year now and I am still on copper cables.
In the past year, I have only had constant internet disconnects and they won't even deliver the promised 25mbps. I have had many consecutive days where the speed was a PATHETIC 3mbps and couldn't get any work done at all especially during WFH. You have to run behind the service person to get it fixed but the last few days have been terrible. In the span of 4 days, my internet was disconnecting hourly 2 to 5 times and the speed was always 1/10th of the 25mbps they told me I will get, the issue is still not getting solved. DO NOT GET AIRTEL BROADBAND IF YOU WANT GOOD INTERNET.
