This is worst app I have seen, I did a UPI transaction and there app having some issue and the transaction got failed on AirTel side. From my bank it deducted. Now I am following with there customer care since last 17+ days, they just opened new case each time, no ready to solve the issue. Customer case service of there banking system is pathetic. Please be very careful while doing any transaction with this app. Here are the cases numbers:
