Airtel payments bank is good but it lacks in various things in it's competitors. The points I think where it lacks from his competitors -
- It gives prepaid card not debit card- The thing that I think is most important is when you open a Airtel payments bank account it gives you a prepaid Master card but not a debit card . Prepaid card is totally different from the debit card when you do a payment on various payment merchant sites it takes a charge from prepaid card holders but their is no charge from debit card holders so that's the point where I think it can improve.
2.Not availability of various banking features- Their is a lack of various banking features like internet banking which is provided by his competitors but it doesn't providing it and And you can't do instant instant fund transfers because it doesn't provide any service like neft and imps in basic wallet but provides in savings account only.
