Well, i am using airtel for the past 5 years , I have never felt or recommended others of using any other services other than Airtel.Though, sometimes I wasn't happy with the billing, it was the signalling that lured me to use this .I think that the airtel need to give some more better offers and services to there old customers , like free sms and surprise offers.
I think it is better for the airtel to send there new offers to there customers in the form of s.m.s's than calling and disturbing them and also sometimes they give offers which do not apply and only to bill there customers, asking them to s.m.s for the offer.Hope , airtel improves its 3 technology and internet faster and cheaper and give other better services to their customers.
Leaving behind these small mistakes , Airtel is the Best and will be the market leader ..
