This is Ramesh Razdan , an Airtel user from the last so many years..Well literaly speaking I choose Airtel mainly due to their coverage and Customer service but at the same time I am very disappointed with their billing pattern.The statements are so confusing that I have now left seeing to it.
I just pay with my hard heart.Shifting to some other service provider should not be blue to Airtel from my side.Moreover the no. of unwanted SMSs from Airtel really make me to throw or switch off my cell which I think they need to check.They need to provide customised solutions to corporates like SMS free connection(Unwanted SMS from Airtel) , some innovative plans etc.
Which are currently missig in their kitty.
Sometimes the billing is so rigid that u have to call the customer care .The items that gets added and subtracted are out of the thinkung arena
