Network coverage of AirTel Service provider in Bareilly City, Bareilly Cantt. is not remarkable. In the closed spaces, signals are not proper. I am the user of the Airtel from last 03 years. I have another 4-6 Connections from other service provider only due to network coverage facility. UP is divided in two zones East and West so the roaming is another factor to increase the bill. customer satisfaction is average.
Charges may be reduced for old customers as well as some scheme should be introduced for existing customers. I will not always recommend to any body to subscribe this. processing of Bill in every month is also not satisfactory. Over all the AirTel is a average service provider, I am waiting for TRY’s order to change service provider to move for taking facilities from other service provider. I request for signal problem from last 03 year but not removed till now.
