Like a lot of other harassed Airtel customers, I previously faced problems with Airtel and am facing another issue with them now. I've documented these issues here :https://anil.biz/site/2010/07/airtel-harassing-customers.
However, instead of solving my own problem, what I would like to do it get someone from the company to take action against employees who do not do their jobs. Just writing reviews is sometimes not enough, action has to be taken.
I request you all to support by identifying the people whom you speak to in customer service - mention their names and numbers in your complaints and write that as a reply to my post. I'll make sure that post remains visible to all - and is properly udpated about the issues people are facing with airtel customer service
