I have used aitel services in the past and presently also I am using an airtel prepaid sim. The main reason for using airtel is that you can rely upon its network strength, even in very remote areas also, airtel has established their network. This is the best thing about having an airtel sim. Also netork disruptions are very few and infrequent.
However, on the downside, I have to pay extra for making calls as compared to other network operators. Also while making talktime recharge, the full talktime denominations are 150, 200 or plus. They give very few offers even for their old customers and that's a bit disappointing.
Once there was some issue in a recharge I made. I paid the amount to retailer but the recharge was not completed successfully, so I talked with their customer care and they helped me and few minutes later I got my balance credited to my account. So I think they have a good customer service representative team.
