I am from kolkata and I have ported in Airtel prepaid Network from Aircel and I am using airtel since last 3-4 months as my primary sim. Till now I am totally satisfied with with the service of Airtel.
Network coverage is quite strong. There is no any problem with the network coverage even in indoor area. I have not faced any call drop with this sim. Call quality is also great as other party while talking never told about not getting clear voice.
There are a lot of rate cutter available for customers and all in all this is quite good for charges. You get a lot of offers for calling, sms or data. There are some exclusive offers also available for a particular number. Though its comparatively a bit costly but you are getting best network.
Customer service is quite proactive as they solve your issues quick. They are helpful in any problem facing related to sim.
There are android and iOS app available and you can do instant recharge, check offres, check your balances and many more things. This is quite convenient.
