always have hidden costs
no customer care... in fact dont even care for customers
you'll wait in queue to get a customer care representative for almost an eternity and when u find one he/she is always ignorent about AIrtel processes. the only thing airtel cares is to get new custiomers and then forget about them.

their worst thing is there online complaint system where all the things directly go to shift+delete... not even to recycle bin...
