Airtel was the worst. Airtel is the worst. Airtel will be the worst. Be it call drops, poor quality calls, impoverished 4G data connection or any other bad thing, Airtel comes first.
I had Airtel earlier and quit their network because of poor connectivity. I went to Vodafone which was superb. No call drops, immediate data connection, good speed etc. But it becomes difficult for Vodafone to latch on to networks in US when someone travels. I changed back to Airtel. Surprised to see that still they are the same poor. I couldn’t even open the browser. Speed is 0.43 mbps.
Worst thing about India is that you need to wait for 90 days to change again. I want to question TRAI why there is no Free look period involved where a customer can go back to his earlier network. Poor policy by Government of India.
Request you keep away from Airtel if you want a faster network free from problems.
I will be quitting Airtel as early as possible. Request you to spread the message.
