I have been using airtel mobile network from last one year. It is the worst mobile network in the area. There is always problem of range availability on this network. In addition to this another issue is that the recharge vouchers and topups are also very expensive as compared to other mobile network providers. The service is also very bad.
Many times, if you have sufficient balance, any plan gets activated automatically and the money is deducted from your talk time without your consent. And after lot of discussion with customer service executive, some times your money is returned.I am very much unsatisfied with airtel and will never recommend anybody to make airtel as permanent and professional mobile number.
