I switched to airtel from vodafone prepaid as they offered post paid with low rental plans. From here started the problem from day one.
Connectivity issues. No proper connection, some time there is no stick in the phone at all.
Call drops, the calls started getting disconnected in between.
Not reachable. Family and friends use to complain that I was not reachable on phone.
Facing all these issues I raised a complaint to customer service and told me to switch off an on the mobile and try, where that also did not work.
Neat the customer executive told me to visit the nearest airtel outlet and change the SIM, by this time I was frustrated and canceled the connection and moved back to Vodafone.
