This is nikhil kumar from delhi, recently I got my job at bangalore location in an IT company. The first thing I wanted after coming to bangalore was to port my delhi number to bangalore location.
As I was a idea postpaid customer there in delhi and getting offer from airtel for CUG in my company, I choosed airtel postpaid to be my new operator. The reason was simple that I would be able to call other employees of the same company for free, also it was easily available near my canteen so I registered it on the go.
Well after baring all the processes and also getting rejections sometime I finally ported my no. from idea delhi postpaid to aitel bangalore postpaid. And here the problem started for me. the problem was that I was not getting network in my room after few days, although it was less for first few days but don't know why it suddenly stopped catching network here. There were many call drops and also for most of the time my phone was unreachable.
As a reference I would like to tell you that as idea customer I was not having this problem previously. I tried everything but didn't got any solution for it and as a fact the problem still persists. Well this was the easier part, the other part is that while paying massive bills of my mobile network I expected that this operator might offer some cashback while paying bills via some other apps like paytm, mobikwik and many more. When I got my first airtel bill I searched whole of websites for the next two days and found that there are not a single coupon valid on airtel operator. Well this is where I got disappointed the most. There were lots of coupons but every coupon has written in their description that this offer is not valid for Airtel.
Well as a customer this was least I expected and got disappointed. I just want that answer so badly that why they are not cutting some slack. why we have to get disappointed with this fact that no offer is valid for airtel customers. well I know airtel is one of the best of operators but that doesn't mean they would not offer this type of offers for there popularity. Not for the popularity but they should think it as a matter of atleast getting themselves still wherever they are now.
please let give us the liberty of this small happiness while getting a small amount while paying massive bills, thanks.
