I am writing this email to request your attention and help.
I purchased your Airtel 4G connection one year back, for the initial few months your connection worked perfectly fine, later it stared disconnecting frequently, its use to work only after a restart sometimes I should remove sim card a restart to make it work, and also the bandwidth got dropped.
I have paid 5 thousand rupees to purchase the WIFI 4G modem and also 2200 rs monthly rent being paid.I called your team several times to rectify my problem, after lot investigation they finally sent a technical enng who confirmed issue with network and asked to speak with your team, your team agreed and confirmed it happening because tower bandwidth problem.
They recommend to use the connection 25% wavier on my bill, meanwhile they shall rectify the network problem which will take 3 months.
By this time I was so frustrated, I asked them to keep my connection at safe custody and resume back whenever they rectify my problem, for which your team agreed and confirmed to way off safe custody charges.
I have waited for 4 months none of your team either called me or mailed me, however they sent safe custody bill. I myself called your team and asked for the status, they once again mentioned to wait for next 3 months.
I lost my patience and asked for refund of my router, they suggested to speak at Outlet shop, your shop person suggested to mail you with my detailed history and take the required support.
Please kindly help me, I am not interested with refund, please fix my issue and give me a permanent fix.In the meantime, to check I have resumed back my connection, I still see the internet disconnections and bandwidth not even crossing 1MBPS. To be on safer side I have changed my internet tariff to 650 RS(3 GB download).
The connection was not working, hence we decided to keep the connection in safe custody, in-spit of fixing my connection, your team is calling us and treating to pay the bill. Thanks in advance, awaiting for a response with positive answers.
