I have been a Airtel customer for past 7 years. I wont say it is the superb service provider but I feel satisfied so continue using it.
I have a mobile connection plus a 3G connection on my smartphone. There were times when there used to be a call drop and poor network issue, once I took up the issue with Airtel they resolved it( I ma sure there must be some more complaints from my area as they wouldn't have resolved it for single issue). Many a times, if people tried calling me they get a message that my phone is switched off/ unreachable. With all this also I still feel it is 7 out of 10 compare to all other colleagues feedback on other service provider/> customer service is pretty Ok, may be because I am categorized as platinum customer of theirs so I get direct access to executive when I call them.With " My PLAN" I think to the larger extent bill can be limit to your budget. I dont use many of the VAS( Value offered service) By airtel so wont able to comment on the same. However call conference is pretty fine and voice clarity is great during call conference.
I think one must try Airtel and then take make comparisons with other service provider.
