This is my first review on mouthshut.com....I wanted to start witha positive review coz I am a fan of this site. Howver its a negative one...Here Goes the story.


First of all I would like to tell you that I was very proud of being  associated with Airtel since last 4 years. But now as I see the  advertisements  saying we are entering a new Era I feel that the era of  deceiving the customer. My outgoing and incoming were barred couple of  weeks back because I was not able to make the payment. I made the  payment today and then my grievance started. I paid The bill at 1130 A.m  in an Airtel office and they told me that it will be started in 2 hours  time. I waited till 6 in the evening, the incoming was working however  the outgoing was still not. I called up customer care helpline.


At 6 p.m the executive picked the call and said that it will be rectified in four hours time. She hangs up the call.


At  1015 p.m had a word with  another representative. he told me that no  one is available at the moment you will have to wait till 9 in the  morning


At 915 a.m I call again and ask for a super visor. The  rep transfers me to his supervisor Rajbinder she tells me and assures me  that it will done by 1 p.m and assures me that I will not have to call  the customer care again. I even have recording of the call


At  115p.m I call again as the outgoing is still not working. The  representative pute me on hold and disconnects the call. I call back  again and have a word with Abhiraj Singh he be comes irate after 5  minutes and tell; me on my face waiting is my only optiona nd he cannot  do anything and disconbnects the call saying that he cannot help me. I  have recording of this call.


At 130 p.m I call again and the rep  Nirmal I found is only genuine person. He tries to explain me everything  and transfers me to Sanjeev who cliams to be a supervisor on floor. He  says that although the turn around time for this is 4 hours and since u  have given the request 3 times I am not committing any time frame with  you. Not a customer centric person at all.


After the conversation with Sanjeev I believe the outgoing will never  work. That is why I am writing this email and I will be posting this on  various Blog sites because that is only option left for me.


One  more thing Sanjeev told me that I can expect an reply from this email  address within 24 hours. Waiting for reply, however my brains says that I  will not get a reply to this email


I dont what to expect as the outgoing still not working. Is there any email address other than their custoimer care email address where I can forward this email
