I had used Airtel for about 5 years in various parts of country. Mostly in North, West and South West. The service is good as I have used Prepaid and Postpaid. But it only lacks in 3g service that too specifically in Pune. It shares 3g service with Vodafone and Idea in Pune. Even after a good signal strength the calls gets disconnected. And the internet is not reliable. But the same serice workes perfect in other places I had visited like in Gujarat, Delhi NCR and UP/UK.
