Airtel has the worst customer service..Yesterday Rs.45 were deducted from my account balance stating that I have downloaded a value added pack, which I haven't & I lodged a complaint on their website & still no reply from them.


Yesterday I called their customer care thrice, first time the customer care executive attended my call & refused to refund & I said to connect my call to the senior person but he didn't connect it. The second time I called them , they kept my call on snooze. Third time my call was connected to customer care executive, he straight away refused to refund, he didn't even had the courtesy to listen to my complain & disconnected the call. Airtel really SUCKS!This happens to me every month since I have taken this connection. I faced the same situation on 2nd of this month & its just 20 days that the situation happened to me again.


I have certain suggestions for AIRTEL:


1.Just state that never recharge..just keep your mobile balance as low as possible.


2.Never call the customer care. They are the most uncourteous & rude


Now I understood , your ad "Jo tera hai wo mera hai", really means that you can deduct my balance for no reason.
