Airtel was a company that most people used to swore by, people used to feel good to own one,excellent network coverage that added to our interests was more than okay four years back,easy availability of recharge cards made life easier,with a red color on the Sim ,looked like ''yeah man ! thats the right stuff'', lets talk about the good news and the bad news about the company.....
THE BAD NEWS ABOUT THE COMPANY
Come 2009,and all hell broke loose in airtel operating company,the customer service guys and gals started behaving like they are doing a favor for us by talking to us,some behaved like they are on a vacation,some behaved that the company is there fathers property,and the list can go on and on,i even had a very irritating conversation with a customer care executive , all he could do was joking with me, totall ''dillagi'' thats all he was doing, in an another incident with an another nerd , he spoke to me so rudely , i thought about hitting him on the phone, but hey I love my phone...its sixth year with me......so... I kept tolerating him to get my work done...i even recorded the conversation ? this is the single most bad thing about the company thats rob its 2.5/5 stars, ''akhir baath karne se hi baath banthi hai''
NOW THE GOOD NEWS ABOUT THE COMPANY
YOU guys must be thinking why am I tolerating so muchon behalf of my four year old number,then listen up guys,you got to tolerate something in life to be more humble,and this company can make you loose your hair in a month, because you would be pulling it while being irritated to no end,but hey before you guys start pulling your hair,let me give you the good news first......
the company is less corrupt then the fraud queen company, the very venerable con company,THE RELIANCE, karlo duniya muththi mai, because that company can make you MAD, the ambanis will cut your balance without a reason, and then you will have to spend all night... thinking..''where did I spend that money man'' ! yeah! this company ,that is air...telllllllll that we are talking about never cuts your balance or leaves you balancerupt ...thats the good part of the company. once in ajmer,last year I was in my relatives house, trying to figure out the sudden balanceruptsy of my account... I called the reliance customer care and told them in a promising way...
'' I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL DRAG YOU TO THE CONSUMER COURT,I PROMISE''
i got my balance back from the company promptly into my seven year old reliace connection, these people are not sentimental like me.... for them I am just an another number.period!
the second good part is the easy availably of recharge cards,no matter where are you, you get the cards,village or city,prison or pan wala,jail or dhabe wala, there is no place in india that you wont get the cards,lets move to the third one,the coverage...do I have to talk abou it....its excellent,i really love the tariff plans the most, whether its is roaming or sms tariffs, its absolutely good... I mean really good,let me give you some information about this in numbers
1.you can get one month of unlimited sms for stds and local from the recharge of 85 INR only, see you can in the matter text as much information and jokes to MS, yet keep in touch with the family and friends without spending a single paisa
2.out of town? or out of the state wont burn a hole in your pocket on roaming charges, just a 47 INR charge will cost you 1 rupee a minute,not in seconds affair...this is good... isn't it !!!
3.I LOVE INTERNET SURFING,so for those times just charge your number by 98 INR and download the settings by sending text message to 543210 and after all the settings,you are done, enjoy the benefits of of activating GPRS services on your mobile free for a month by the recharge of 98 INR
now to the fourth...the gprs ,i really love surfing the web on the move on my mobile using the opera mini 4...its always gets connected...well almost...and its fast enough as to not get on your nerves every time,i had it connected as a postpaid connection but the way they used to behave on bill payment in a very sarkari karamchari way, I couldn't tolerate this every month so got it turned to pre paid and that also took two months for the small procedure to take place...very convenient now but a bit costly
to sum it up, I Hate the company no matter what !!!, after all words hurt the most,look at me, I am the biggest piece of sample to you guys,six months in MS,18teen reviews,13teen dps,quite famous here,but no RODS and FDS, why ? the management doesn not like my big mouth behaviour and I am kindda aggressive as well, but I cant stop saying the truth so I guess I just have to tolerate this site as well while it tolerates me.
okay okay you know that I care a damn about the RODs and FDs, but hey its not bad to be recognized, but I really dont need this, let them play favorites ... this isn't oscar awards... this is all virtual my buddy ... these people are clever you know .... GOD !!! ,i hate politics ... you dont get anything without being sweet like a tweety bird...thats what applies here in this matter...hey are you listening airtel
i hope this enlightens you a bit,i will give 2.5/5 points to this company,as for me ,everybody has my airtel number and I am a bit attached to this no. of mine...so it doesn't leave me with much choice, as a matter of fact.... tatas are a bit better.... a bit
