I my self says that though the airtel is good company their towers are spread all over the country. find good response from the public about their network. In rare areas its network is not good but it covers almost whole country.
When they are on the top position among all the operators at that time their distributor is on full of ego they dont even talk with the customers and they think only for rs. not more than that I had faced a problem about my simcard and after go here and there on customer care centre and store they even not talk properly so at that I faced lot of problem.
Their charges are high and their billing process is so cousious and they sent more and more adv. on the mobile and without any intimation they cut the balance and I feel very guilty now I want to say that operator must increase their work ability control overtheir powers.
