Airtel is the best network and one and in most of the cases it is the only network for the people who live in remote area. it gives best coverage in rural as well as urban areas. it has two connections as per the customer pre-paid and post-paid.
Now it is providing 4G service with the better speed. broadband services also good. recently it has launched open network service where we can see the network strengths from mobile app. coming to charges, charges are very high normal below middle class people can not afford it. and also they send some unwanted messages to the people and deduct their balance . customer care service is also poor and more over they treat very bad with pre-paid customers and give more preference to post-paid customers.
