Airtel is a good company but yes the d customer support people r too rude . And network is also not that up to mark . In trains network is not there . In places like godowns , chawls , also network is not there . The benefit for Airtel r the rate . The call rate , internet rates , and so on is quite good . I would suggest to it 1 chance . And ya the new system which is open network is awesum
