Net Connectivity would Stop without a signal for 10-15 days. Then why the hell are they charging us fixed premium rates of Rs. 100 per month.
All my friends say my number is not reachable all the time.Connectivity low all the time-day & night. Value added services get added automatically without our notice or intent.
And one and only exclusive feature on AIRTEL, your call to customer care is charged too. Even if you wanted to remove that unwanted Value added Service like caller tune which got activated without your notice, you are made to call a number which charges Rs.6 per min.
And worse that Premium charged call will not have an option to remove that service.Greatest Bullshit service in the world.
Sunil Mittal doesn't have shame to charge Customer for a call to his Customer Care.for his bad service.
