I am taking pain to pen down that once Airtel was my favorite mobile operator. I have ported my number from Vadofone to Airtel in Delhi. Again I have ported my number from Delhi to Kolkata.
The service provided by Airtel is really pathetic. There is frequent call drops or hazy sounds really irritating, when you are on a important call.
I have complaint so many times, but there is no any resolutions.
I don't know how the company is not doing anything about their networks. They show in their add that 4G is available every where, but in practicality in some areas in Kolkata 4G is very far even 3G is not connected properly.
Is there any solutions!
