I have been using a airtel prepaid sim in Delhi/NCR circle. The network coverage is good beyond doubt but there is nothing good about it apart from that. The charging is absurd. Your call may be charged at amount arbitrary decided by the operator and if you try to call their customer care then always there are unavoidable circumstances due to which your call will not be connected to customer care executive. Even with the grace of god if you are able to connect the call then executive will be helpless since s/he will not be able to help you due to delay in the updation in their system.
You'll be kept on hold and it the end you'll be politely asked to call next time within a few minutes. On the top of this, all this drama is sponsored by the customer himself as the call to customer care is charged from customer's pocket. Can there be anything worse than this in frustrating its customer?
