Airtel had the best network coverage in india so thumbs up for the Airtel for this fabulus work done .
it's also the no. one mobile operator as far as the user base is concerned
But there are something really bad about the airtel and what is it . it is there customer support .
I will tell u an incident about airtel as I am 9 years old regular customer of airtel but I still fears to use internet on the Airtel network so give one more chance and get activated GPRS plan after 5 years .
But same happens this time .
I had 130+ MB data in my account and than I switch of the net connection put my phone one side and go to bed after 2 hr. when I got up check my phone and tried to call they said no balance in my account. than I check my messages there was nothing but when I checked using the IFSC code in last 5 transactions GPRS usage was charged and I still have GPRS balance left arround 10 MB .
I called to airtel customer care and asked about I did I use my data even when data connection was of . and how did my balance get deduct for net usage even when I still have net balance Exicutive didn't reply anything and transfer my call to his superior who said that we cann't do anything sir u are charged righteous. I asked the details and He just put the phone without replying anything .
So what I want to say is that u want good connectivity then airtel is best . But don't even think about surfing internet from Airtel Netwrok
