I took this Airtel corporate connection 249. The benefits are 1000 min free from A2A, 600 min free A2M and 300 sms free every month.
The first month I got a mind-boggling bill, I called their CC to know what the heck was this they gave me all kind of stories, later the next month the bill almost gave me a heart attack.
This time to my surprise the CCare guy was telling me that the benefits of 1000 min, 600 min and 300 sms was not activated till now and they will do it immediately. So I asked them what if I have paid in excess, he had no answer but said the bill will show the adjustment. Airtel, is so lethargic even Idea CC is far better at least they respond to you. Regret I took this connection, sooner or later I am going to throw away this SIM
