They think providing the good quality of coverage in rural areas is waste of money, They are now giving more priority to the urban areas.
-Customer service is fine. Some of their executives are responsive and some are not. He has to try to make the good customer service.
-Charges of airtel is greater than any other company in the India. They has to decrease their prices. So poor peoples can also buy the packs.
