Very Disappointed with Airtel's Services. I have an airtel account and a new postpaid number was added to my account.
The agent entered an incorrect email ID for the new number because of which neither me nor the user of the number did not receive any of the e-bills on time. I was completely unaware of this and now they are not even willing to send in my e-bills to the correct email ID. The number was added to my account but used by someone else who is not even in the country. Now they want me to go and get a new sim to redirect the e-bills to the correct email ID.
No one's talking about Airtel's carelessness in entering my info that would've prevented so many problems for the customer. They simply want their payments on time. And all they can afford to say is sorry. At the end of the day, Airtel gets their money and customers have to run around to receive their own bills. Disappointed is not even a word closest to what I'm feeling about Airtel.
