I have been using Airtel network since 10 years. Earlier Airtel used to provide top class network and customer services that's why I preferred it over others even it was costlier.
But from last two three year it has become worst beyond my imagination. Few days ago I recharged my mobile with a internet plan after that whenever I was using browser it showing me only Airtel ads even after skipping them. I called customer care but she was like my mother scolded me and gave me zero information may be she didn't have one. I also complained on other platforms but got no response. Internet speeds are also gone very slow even BSNL can beat Airtel 4g by its 3g in my area.
It might be due to Jio. If it is the case then it is very shamful. These are very cheap ways to stay in competition. Airtel must do something in this regard otherwise everyone will leave the network like I am planning to move to BSNL. And train customer care about how to behave with customers.
