*Airtel takes sadiastic pleasure in making the customer go through unneccessary sales talk while trying to contact customer care on 121. First the 1p per second for local & 2p per second for std call billing., full talk time, special 5 scheme and blah blah blah.
After you have dialled 121 you will have to be patient to listen to all the hardcore sales talk.
get directions to press the correct digit on your cell
even when you have pressed the correct digit you still get the hardcore sales talk.
giving you headaches and wish you never bought Airtel.
It offers some numbers as TOLL FREE but the moment you press the number you get linked up to one or the other service and you get instantly billed or your prepaid account gets deducted for the next month.
Many a times the customer is unware that he is being billed for a service that he did not really want.
Cant AIRTEL make it simple. Just one number for direct access to customer Care.?*
