Hello friends, today I am going to tell u my experience about airtel.l have never seen such a bad network.some days ago I have purchased the sim and try to use it.but no network at my place.I have waited for network but no network in my area.I tell u guys the airtel network operator dont focus on rural areas they only focus on big and metro cities.If u live in small town and villages then dont use the sim.network in metro cities is good of this network.but not in small towns or villages.customer service is not so good.whenever we try to call customer care they dont receive our calls quickly.and customer care exicutives are not so friendly.they dont talk to us politely.charges are so high of this network.billing is not so easy.u cant find the airtel stores very easily in small towns.
