I am using airtel's services since 6 years. Before that I was using some other operator which is very much expensive I would say than Airtel. Airtel provides network almost everywhere. I have never faced issue regarding network.
The other plans are also very good. However I do not use data packs of Airtel as I have other option which is cheaper than Airtel. And also they can improve their call rates. When I make first call from Airtel for a day, it takes more charges than others.
