Airtel I think is one of the best supportive network across India.it also have good infrastructuresmanagement of there network it gives good amount of coverage across India I think it is airtel had developed its network quality very well and is upgrading it very nicely.
as per customer services it is good customer representative are on for help as per problem are solved quickly both for prepaid and broadband services.
as per charges I think airtel should work on that part of thing because plans are costly and now jio is growing faster it should also create new ways and plans as per giving competition to reliance jio to stay in telecom industry for maintaining its reputation. .
