The Airtel is a group of looters and cheaters and it neither provide any transparent bill with details of calls with their Nos. in the case of mobile phones and send bill of thousandds for a plan of Rs. 299/- or so without showing as to how this big amount has become payable for such a small plan. Not only this if you make payment of bill for their fixed line broadband connection and that too through bank transaction, it will first deny havinng this payment and when you send them notice for their prosecution they will say that the amount paid for this connection has been transferred to Digital tv account and it can not be transfered from there tto your fixed line broadband coinnection and require you to pay the same again for enjoying the services. Then it will make you false sms or mails falsely stating therein that the amount has been remitted in your bank account but the same is never remitted there. Since some people in Telecom Regulatory authority appear to be enjoying fruits of corruption with Airtel, your no complaint would be decideed on merit and instead the same is closed on whatever false reeply Airtel givvees. I have filed a case against Airtel in Consumer court demanding damages of thousands with refund of addditional amount charged by Airtel from me bessides my otheer cases . Airtel never issue any receipt for receipt of money and thereby make unaccounted/black money of millions but your complaint to the concerned authorities is not pursued as per rules and law or closed on flimsy grounds provided by Airtel. So the only place for fighting against the above fraudulant and acts of cheating and raising money without proper and transparent bills and without issuing proper receipt the amount received where under is counted in proper accounts for tax payments, is the court of law. But majority of people do not find it feasible for various reasons . Therefore I have decided to render my free legal services to the subscribers looted and cheated by Airtel upto the number of cases I can find time to do per month.Kamal Jit Chhibber, Advocate
