I have used their postpaid services for 3 months and I must say they are very poor in customer service. I almost paid them 2000 for what they call great service and I got the worst.
Network used to drop a lot during calls and the most pathetic part was that they used to connect me to completely wrong user. When I complain to customer service they say its my issue and I have to change my handset, which was useless. They even did not provide any complain number to track.
I don't even feel to pay any further bills to them as they have not resolved my issue. My phone is working fine on other networks and I am sure I do not need to replace my handset for using Airtel's pathetic service.
Guys do not use Airtel.
