I have been using Airtel for more than 12 years. Actually a corporate connection.
In the recent past, I purchased a smart phone and to my surprise within a week, I got a bill of Rs 5000 towards data charges. On checking with customer care, I was promised that there is a glitch in the system and advised me to ignore.
At last, bill came to about 3500 for data charges for the usage of 89 MB. I refused to pay and asked for explanation. My outgoing got barred and they sent rowdies home for collection. Worst ever experience. I have decided to never use any of airtel services. I have cancelled 20 data card connections in my office. Changed my wife's connection to Vodafone and am changing my land line also from Airtel to ACT.
