I am having an airtel post paid connection since last six years. Recently i shifted my office to new location , but the coverage is so poor in that fort area and after making so many complaints issue is not resolved. They only interested in making money and don't bother to for customer services.
Secondly after paying in cash on 15 Apr 10 to their fort gallery kamdar tele-communication the amount is not reflected to my account and this happened repeatedly.
Where those seating ducks at kamdar tele communication don't respond properly. I request the public to make them work for the customer.
