I am a subscriber of airtel from many years and still keep using it as it is trustful for me.
For my personal use I keep airtel but just only for calling. I am not gettinng good network coverage although I live in a city and all other operators have good coverage here. All have good 4g coverage at my home but in case of airtel I keep struggling again and again. I tried contacting them to help me in this case but I did not get any good response thereby.
Network : Network is now a issue for me here. I am gettinng good 2g coverage, ok 3g coverage and zero 4g coverage here at my home. I opt to go for a 4g plan but my idea was to first go with a demo plan and the time I used that I changed my mind to go for a 4g plan on airtel.
Customer Service : They do not provide good customer service. I called them many times to resolve my problem but most of the times the other person was not able to understand what is the real problem. zit was quite annoying as they have a lot of subscribers and the lack of knowledge in the customer support creates further problems.
Charges and billing : they have high charges and high calling and data rates but as their reputation it is ok. but for me I did not like their charges for small plans as I am not getting some good service or good support. Internet speed is just too low here. I can not even say it is 4g. I am not even able to watch youtube in 360p.
this is very embarrassing for me. I pay a high amount for these services and still not getting any satisfactory results.
