Cancelling airtel post paid connection. Review on Airtel Mobile Operator

I have a post paid connection from airtel. I wanted to cancel this connection as I am moving out of Bangalore. So I filed a request on April 25th and they told me it will be deactivated with in 7 days. ( by May 2nd) .

I didn't get any communication after May 2nd and so I contacted the customer care. Now they are telling, we have activated 10% discount for your bill amount, so please continue use the connection.

I am planning to raise a complaint to TRAI.

Please don't go for a post paid connection with airtel. It is very difficult to cancel. Also I have to pay March 1st to April 2nd bill. For that they told, since you are cancelling the connection, we will adjust your security deposit and you and can pay the amount after May 2nd deactivation. But they are charging Rs.50/- as late fee..

So guys, airtel is really bad..don't take connections from airtel.
