Summary of Service Quality of different Airtel Services
Airtel DTH:(Standard Transmission, not the DTH)
Transmission: Good
Billing: Good. No issues
Service: Poor(probably because it is outsourced, if something goes wrong it is tough to get it fixed)
Online account access: Fair. Works most of the time.
Mobile:
Voice Service(Calls) and Converge: Good
Date Service and Coverage: Poor(I have 3G service enabled however 40% of time I get only 2G and the other time 3G speed is very bad. It used to good when it was newly launched.)
Billing: Good. Didn't see any billing issue yet
Online Account access: Poor. 80% of the time it doesn't retrieve my billing record and shows up message to try later. They don't send bills through email, we need to login and then view/save bills.
Landline/Intercom/Broadband
Voice Quality: Good. No issues.
Service: Good.(Once the phone was dead and within 2 hrs of raising complaint a person visited my flat and fixed the problem)
Billing: Poor. They do lot of goof up and one needs to watch the bill carefully. If you raise complaints they usually resolve the issue and revert the money, however there is no guarantee the they will permanently resolve it. There could be a high possibility that the problem will reoccur in your next bill.
Intercom: Poor Somehow it doesn't work for me, I raised some 18-20 complaints but no success. So I would rate this Poor
Broadband: Good. The speed and connectivity is good and the connection is reliable.
