Airtel always displays advertisements offering the best 2G, 3G and other services. But I am not satisfied with the way their net packs are activated.
I had used a recharge application to recharge my 2g net pack, but the pack did not get activated but my money got deducted from my account. When checked I was told that since my number does not fall under Mumbai circle, the pack was not activated but the money wasnt refunded back either.
Moreover, the constant call drops in recent times is really annoying.
