Airtel is a cheat company. Many time they overcharge you or charge you wrong. Some time on highlighting them they might give you back your balance but not always. Even if you get it back they give you like a beg, such is their language in their mails.
One has to pay them by calling their charged customer care to claim balance back. I'll give an example how they cheat. You will be surfing net and will get a pop up saying some paisa deducted for browsing. You will be cool its a small amt n how wonderful I get balance deduction pop ups so I can keep a track.
But infact, a big amt is deducted, and the pop up was wrong! You go back and check ur last 5 deductions, they'll be like small amt, small amt, one big freakin amt, small amt. So, they break it and show u just small amt whereas they have deducted almost all ur balance.
To top it if u check ur data usage n find amt that had to be deducted according to 10p 10kb download, it won't match. Of course they did some jhol their as well. Sometime when my monthly pack is on they have deducted money. I have 199 for a month pack, n extra balance starts deducting.
This has happened 5-6 times. I have raised every time and got refund 2-3 times. Woh bhi bheek ki tarah dete hain. Their language is such! Airtel should be boycotted! They'll realise what common man can do if they cheat!
