I have been using airtel since 2005 and the service is deteriorating as the days go by.
I feel their infrastructure is crumbling in Bangalore. The airtel network in Bangalore is pathetic. I had raised a complaint and their answer over email was that its the best service they can give.
Connection drops often, call quality is pathetic.
Over that fake ad that they have the best 4G network while they dont have anyone to compare it with.
Even a snail can claim to be the fastest on earth if there is nothing else to compare it with.
