I am using this telecom services since 2 years and I have not seen any improvement.
Network: I am facing an issue of 3G network unavailability as I always turn on my internet in 3G it just give me msg on "No Service" on my phone. So always when I want to call some one I have to turn back to 2G network. This problem started recently.I chose Airtel because it has a big name in network coverage and availability of it anywhere. If you are a 3G Lovermy advice is to choose wisely.
=(Fun Fact: 4G isnt available in MP till now, So I Cannot comment on 4G yet)=
Support: Support is nice they pick up the calls, not too lazy to answer, give a proper solution. Great support.
Value for money: Frankly Speaking Airtel is Expensive. So those who are expecting 1 GB 3G pack in 100-150 Bucks Please dont go for it. There are some rare plans that are usefull but overall it is expensive.Now if airtel improves its network it can be called a Money Investor.
