Worst service provider!
Worst customer relationship!
Worst executives at all level, probably all illeterate! Unable to understand or explain the reasons for the delay.
Only promises, no firm replies!
System under upgradation, is the reply all the time you reach Help lines!
Every time you call, only one reply you get from them that the system is under upgradation, please call after two hours. It is customer who has to approach again and again with their complaints, they simply run away by saying that the system is under upgradation.
Suggestion: Please avoid Airtel! Please get away from it.
