I was using Vodafone from past 6 years, recently I have ported my no to Airtel due to their nice post paid offer.
I took 599/- plan, which included 1500 local and std mins free, 200 local and national sms, 2GB of 3G data. This is the info I got from Airtel customer and I was ok with this plan. On Feb 19th 2016 my no is ported to Airtel and this is what I got the plan. 1320 mins of std and local call(they informed me that I will get this mins only) 200 Sms and 2GB of 2G data.
I was totally disappointed and checked with airtel CC and they confirmed to go create a complaint. What I was thinking is go to consumer court on this frod. I am really facing worst exp. They are cheating customers and getting money.
Guys please do watch this if you are porting to Airtel, we will get one plan on first call and some other plan will activate after porting and they will think that we will compromise. Its really worst exp I have faced with airtel and I am again moving back to Vodafone.
