I was using airtel since last 6 years. I used to blindly trust the schemes and plans airtel provided, but in 2015, my friend suggested me alternatives. I was surprised to see the difference in the billing amount in different service providers. Airtel is one of the most expensive service providers, whereas other service providers like BSNL, JIO, IDEA, were giving the same plans in much lesser rate. I switched to BSNL for some time and found that their service is not as promised but it was the cheapest, however, the 3G signals where not in service every corner of my home leave the scene in city or nation.
Then came JIO revolution and everything changed, irrespective of the fact which service provider you had, almost everyone I know switched to JIO and everyone changed their plans to the most basic one. Now the scenario is different but even today Airtel offers the same plan and everyone but with their own terms and conditions.
